I was accused of giving flipid (not sure of spelling) but what does that mean? I didn't want to appear not to |
I was called into hr office because I had showed someone disrespect I was only joking around but anyway had to go to HR and they are concerned and more or less threatened anger management well that will never happen one isolated incident blown completely out of porportion and after 7 years of employment first and final writeup 12 mos. nothing goes wrong I get to keep my job. The orginal statement that started off all this I said and shouldn't have I was just angry because the person causing the problem wasn't even who I was talking to and prior work experiences with this person has proven that she is lazy, socialite break abusing person to my knowledge and I had not responded well to her coming and telling me I didn't have to be a smartass or aleck I don't remember I was just pissed because of the lack of communication could have caused product to be on the floor not in the store as the corportation would like. I was fortunate to realize the product was coming down the line and was Flippant? It means "frivolously disrespectful, shallow, or lacking in seriousness; characterized by levity." -- dictionary.com You make me angry! |
