How do I file a complaint about my employment recruiter's lack of compotence?

She couldn't get me out of her office fast enough the minute I had filled out all the paperwork with my personal info. and such. Should I suspect anything? Or is she just incompotent?

I should mention it's been 3 weeks since I signed up with her and have not gotten a day of work from them. There are jobs posted by my recruiter thats fit my resume.

If you have a complaint you could ask to speak with her supervisor, but it is not likely to result in them calling you for work if they feel that you will make a negative impression with their clients.

You may want to re-evaluate yourself and your application/resume because it sounds like you made a very strong negative impression and you should explore that or you will have the same trouble no matter where you apply for a job.

Be sure that you are well-groomed, dressed appropriately, demonstrate good manners, use proper English, use your best handwriting and spell thing correctly and above all, a positive attitude and good work ethic.

The job market in this economy is tough - for every job there may be 200 applicants vying for the same position. Just because you feel you are qualified for a position, there may be someone else with stronger qualifications. You need to do everything you can to make a positive first impression with any interviewer.

All recruiters have supervisors. Talk with her Station Commander, if that fails talk to her Area Commander, if that fails then talk to a different service recruiter.

You probably shouldn't use the word "compotence."
