How do I file a complaint about my employment recruiter's lack of compotence? |
She couldn't get me out of her office fast enough the minute I had filled out all the paperwork with my personal info. and such. Should I suspect anything? Or is she just incompotent? I should mention it's been 3 weeks since I signed up with her and have not gotten a day of work from them. There are jobs posted by my recruiter thats fit my resume. If you have a complaint you could ask to speak with her supervisor, but it is not likely to result in them calling you for work if they feel that you will make a negative impression with their clients. All recruiters have supervisors. Talk with her Station Commander, if that fails talk to her Area Commander, if that fails then talk to a different service recruiter. You probably shouldn't use the word "compotence." |
