Employment Contract - Can I leave earlier than the 1 month required notice I have to give? |
Or can they take me to court for breach of contract? What are their damages if you "breach" the technical terms of the contract? If no liquidated damages are provided for in the contract, it may be hard for them to sue you . You have to follow the entire contract, even down to the minor details. You can't leave earlier than the 1 month notice. |
