I got a updated employment contract n it says i have 2 do overtime or get disiplinary action.do i have 2 sign? |
my updadted contract says i have to do overtime or i get diciplinary action. i dont want to do it all the time as i have a life!!!. do i accept this and sign the contract or not sign it as i dont agree witch that part of it????? Obviously to give you proper advice on something as serious as this you should go see your employee rep, your union, the CAB or a solicitor. How much overtime are they asking you to do? I work in the care industry and wherever I work I have to sign a form that says I am prepared to work more than 48 hours a week, in agreement with EC Directives. Is your situation similar? don't sign Join the Union matey It's either/or, pal. You agree to all of it, or you find another job. |
