Hi No. It should not show up in a background check conducted by a legitimate background screening company. That being said, my guess is that you have not contacted all of the database companies to request that your sealed record be removed from their databases. While it is not advisable for a background screening company to use these databases for employment purposes for this exact reason, some still do. I would recommend trying a database from the web to see if it still exists. |
