How can someone ask for a court hearing to modify probation terms in WA state/?

The conditions of probation allege that an individual cannot leave his/her county without written permission from his/her CCO. How could a person get a court hearing to overrule this alleged stipulation? What is the likelihood of them approving such a change for employment purposes only? (For example, long-distance truck driving.) TIA.

To get the hearing I would recommend either acquiring a lawyer or looking in the phone book for your local courthouse. Typically they will be lenient with things such as employment for probation, but for long distance and long term leave, they might not be so fast to change your probationary conditions. Good luck, and try not to mess it up again.
