ADVISE ~ Contract Employment Working Term & Condition Enquiries. HELP !!?

Sign a Contract with a Company A
And then attached to a Company B and post to a place C work as a IT instructor.

The Contract's term and condition indicat that i cannot return the place C to work for 1 year after the contract expired or even early termination of the contract.

Question is Place C offer me a job to work as AV Technicial and job scopes is totally different from my current job nature.

Do i really SAFE to work in Place C as AV technicial even the company A / B sue me for staying there work as AV Technicial?

Please Advise ~ going to be jobless personel :(
