People with SSN "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT" receiving STIMULUS PAYMENT checks!?

I KNOW of a few people with those SSN's which are basically like ITIN numbers disguised in SSN cards which have received their STIMULUS PAYMENT.

Anyone else out there?

THIS IS NOT AN ITIN NUMBER THEY USED

It was an SSN which the government used to give out to undocumented aliens in order to apply for services such as medicare which had the words "NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT" written on top of the card

the itin is the individual taxpayer identification number and allows aliens to file a tax return under federal law.....moreover this means that they are paying taxes also (i know, not in most instances) ....this means that if they file a tax return and meet the requirements then they qualify for the stimulus payment

You cannot get a stimulus payment with an ITIN number Report It

if a tax return was filed for 2007 you should be eligible for the stimulus payment.

Report it to the IRS, you are entitled to half of the money recovered by the IRS when you report fraud.

if they paid taxes (for investments for instance) then they are entitled to the money
