Is there any way that the witness could give me the response I don't want in this case (Mock Trial)?

I am crossing Bakke, who is a white guy who didn't get into college because minorities were given a lower standard. Will he be able to give me an answer I don't want?
AA=affirmative action

1. Please read these highlighted statements.
A: The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race or color

2. Do these statements say anything about giving minorities a lower standard?
A: no.

3. You claim that you were not let into school because minorities were given a lower standard?
A: yes

4. Am I correct in saying the UC Board of Regents was not using AA detailed in Executive Order 10925, since they did not follow the rules set forth by JFK's Executive Order 10925?
A: Yes

5. Am I correct in saying that since the UC Board of Regents was not using AA detailed by Executive Order 10925, you are not a victim of AA detailed by Executive Order 10925?
A: Yes

What I'm trying to nail him on is that he isn't a victim of AA at all

I am for affirmative action, and I keep emphasizing that I am talking about AA detailed in Executive order 10925 because i don't want him to give me an answer I don't want on the basis that he has a different definition of AA.

I'm not familiar with Executive Order 10925, but your premise in #1 is that it pertains to employment, and so it has no bearing upon admissions to an educational facility as a student is not being employed nor applying for employment.
