My bff and her boyfriend was threaten? |
My best friend and her boyfriend was threatened by a co-worker at her boyfriend's work. Her boyfriend has reported the threat to his boss. but his boss has suspended the co-worker for 3 days. and back on duty again and threatened one more time if he tells again. How can they convince the boss to fire him for good? What are the utah laws for employment rights? Where can they get ahold of an attorney for free consultlation (?) and get some legal advice? I have tried to look and seems to be running out of luck. It seems like the boss is bending the rules and not thinking about the safety of HIS workers in general. sounds like he should be filing police reports and having a restraining order put against the guy. |
