What is E-law?

I need to create a phamplet based on E-law. If this helps this is the blurb I have been given:
The everyday use of email and the internet has created a number of new legal issues. How has the law responded to the changes in technology and the implicatons for property law, privacy aspects of employment and intellectual property?

Look through the links on the page below to find all of those issues addressed. I have heard it referred to as 'internet law' instead of e-law, but based on the blurb they sound to be the same thing.

E-law is the online publication of relevant laws for provinces and countries.

It allows you to search through all the laws and read them without having o make copies or buy expensive government publications.
