My husband was threatened.?

This fellow has called my home many times saying cuss words into my machine and has also texted my husband saying your a dead man. This all stems from this person's girlfriend. My husband knew this fellow do to his job and has called his home in the past for work related issues. They have caller I.D. and she got my husband's cell # from there. She has been repeatedly texting him. He isn't interested in her and doesn't even find her attractive. She told her boyfriend that my husband offered her sex. Both of these individuals are uneducated trash. They are on drugs and neither have jobs. The fellow has been incarcerated and in mental institutions. This person threatened to show up at my husband's place of employment. What should we do. We just want to live our life peacefully. We are decent law abiding people.

Oh and I know my husband did not do what she stated. She was interested in him. When he turned her down she ran to her boyfriend.

don't erase text messages or phone messages and contact the proper authorities and file a complaint and/or get a restraining order. if all else fails, move and get a different job. better safe than sorry. the legal system doesn't always work in these circumstances. be safe.

Report it to the police and get a restraining order. Keep all the calls and messages for the police. You will need it for a restraing order. You can also report this info to the probation department if you don't get enough results from the police. It may be a violation of his probation if he is on probation. Keep records of every thing and everyone you talk to and the time and dates.

Save the tapes and the txt messages, and go to the police. They guy can be charged with making terroristic threats, and the cops can scare the livin s**t out of him with that. Can he say Guantanamo? (Kidding).

She is just trying to manipulate her man. They both sound like pinheads.

Tell you husband to set up his phone to block his number

Sadly you have to keep in mind our justice system will go to great lengths to make sure criminals rights our protected, at the expense of the law abiding public. As such the only thing you can do is put a restraining order on them and hope they are smart enough to obey it.

Man. This sounds like a ridiculous, scary situation. Contact the police immediately. Especially if the two have rap sheets, if they're arrested, there's a good chance neither of them will bother you or your husband ever again.

SAVE EVERYTHING

Don't delete a voicemail, text, anything. It can all be used against him. Take it to the police station, threats are not ok.

Good luck. I'm sorry for this
