Are Employment agreements enforceable in Virginia? |
My employer has an agreement that I signed stating I would work for them for 1 year or owe them a sum of money to compensate them for the expense they went to to hire me. Is an agreement like this enforceable in the Commonwealth of Virginia? sounds like an driver agreement. They pay your schooling to get your licence and you have to work for them for X amount of months/years. Sure is. Can't see why not. |
