Where can you find the employment of someone that is absolutely free-no charge?

get interns, they are always good.

I know of nowhere that information would be released to the public. Only the IRS and other government agencies have that on file.

that would be called a volunteer. there is no "free" employment. It depends on what you need to have done. Try craigslist.
