Redundancy and other employment - if i leave before my workplace? |
closes in november will i still get redundancy payment and also when do they have to give me notice of redundancy If you leave before then you wont get redundancy, I think its 28 days notice they have to give unless it goes into liquidation. contact www.acas.co.uk I am in the same situation as you and already contacted acas for the answers. |
