How do you get ride of a useless employee? |
nowing how difficult it has become getting ride of someone who's work is not up to standard. what do i need to do for the best? someone under my employment is completly useless, no matter how hard you explain, and show this person how and what to do. he allways messes up, just one thing after another. nothing he does is right. would be cheaper and easier to pay him to stay at home. never make's any money just looses it. what the best way to go about it?? Grow some cods and fire his ***! I've been told many times that I couldn't fire someone, I usually fired the ones that told me that. And when I fired someone they stayed fired. Most states have at will employment. Unless your employee hand book or HR state otherwise, I'd call him in, document his failings, give him 7 days to show drastic improvement, then call him in on day 8, document his failing, and can him Your English grammar is less than perfect.
