Child support of Texas advice needed?

The state takes child support from my ex-husband though his employment. he never sees it. well I have hired an attorney and now I'm not getting child support no more. I called on it and they say I can take it out for you any more or gve you any information because you have an attorney. Ok that sucks. but once we go to court which will be the end of this month then who takes the child support out will texas take over again once we go to court. I am taking him to court because he has a much better job and hes 4,000 behind. thanks for any information

are you reading my posts...no seriously, I did the same thing. I am here in TX, email me. What I found out when I took my X back to court for his back support was the attorney general will hold on to what ever he has paid to verify that he is not overpaying...I know bunch of bs to me. Anyway, if you filed a claim with them to have his IRS check sent to you, they will get involved and investigate how much is really old. In the mean time they will hold your money until they see that he does in fact owe the money.

There is a lot more to it and not enough room on here. If you want to discuss this further, I will be happy to try and help you since I just when through all this last 2 months. you can email me at amlochridge@yahoo.com

There is no way anyone can answer you unless we have your attorneys' case file. Is this a private attorney or the state Child support enforcement attorney?
