Should I tell in my future job interviews the reason why i left my previous work or just hide it?

I left my previous work because the president did not side with me when all the other managers conspired against me so that would be forced to leave the company. I did my work honestly and strictly and was just and fair to everyone and always did what the president ordered me. I was a former hr manager. I was told to clean the company and make changes for it to go forward. That exactly what i did. I found cheating managers along the way, I found irregularities in all the departments but was careful to have everything confirmed and with evidence but still was left alone by the president. Now, can I still find a job even with this past employment history. Should I just hide it? I feel the other managers and the president might spread false rumors about me because of things that I know about how they ran their departments in my previous company. What should I do. Is my career over?

Don't hide the information, but don't volunteer it either. If it comes up and you are asked about it, be truthful but try to spin it in your favor. You also don't want to talk badly about your previous company or the President of that company. It can look like you're being spiteful. And whatever you do, DO NOT LIE. This can be grounds for termination if they find out later.

Just tell them there was not any more room in the compay for you to advance, and that's why you moved on. If your former employer slanders you or liables you $$$$$$$$$$$$$ get paid

dont say anything bad about your previous company doesnt look good...also if they tell false things they can by law get in trouble..remember the guy from a few months ago...from i think a big box store...he is suing his former employer and some other employees for what they were telling his prospective employers....your career isnt over..just think of how to word how you left without trashing your previous company
