Does anyone know of anyone who is a nurse and has a domestic violence charge on their record? |
My wife has a domestic violence charge on her record and can not get it removed. She wants to be a nurse and in the state of ohio she is not allowed. Does anyone know of anyone who is a nurse and has a domestic violence charge on their record, if so what state do they practice in? If you could give the place of employment, that would be great, no persons names though of course. Thank you for your time. Each state is different when it comes to what they will accept as far as previous charges. It would take an extensive search of each states licensing requirements to find out for sure which states might accept it. Usually a felony charge of any type would be a reason for a nursing license to be pulled or not issued in the first place. And truthfully,alot of employers would be reluctant to hire a nurse with a domestic violence charge against her. |
