Background Check for Employment? |
When Submitting a Background Check for employment do warrants show up?, and is a warrant cause for denial of employment? I think it depends on what the job is you are applying to get. The extent of the background check can vary greatly. If you are going for a Mickey D's clerk position then most likely no past criminal activity will show up. The background check may simply consist of a phone call to past employers to find out what kind of employee you are. But if you are applying for a peace officer position then definitely a warrant will come up. yes, everything you have been arrested for will show up,the past always haunts you...good luck............. It would probably depend on what the warrant was for. Too many parking tickets? DUI? Assault? It sucks, but, yes, that's true. I worked for a PI and did employment background checks while I was in college. You can bet your bottom dollar that if they find any criminal in the background check, you can kiss the job goodbye. You can try an online background check. Yes and Yes. |
