if i was acting manger at a store for a while and was not paid for all of it AND i never got my raise after 3 months and I think i am intitled to back pay for it.... lol not a state..... BC, Canada. If you live in the United States your are not entitled to any compesation over and above minimum wage. If you were acting in a management capacity I would agree that you are entitled to proper compesation for the job performed, but there is no existing law that would compel such compensation, unless you have a signed employment contract stating compesation terms with the employer.
