Can I get introuble if I fail a pre employment drug test? |
Okay I'm on informal probation, i am 16, if I fail a pre employment drug test will I get introuble? Will I fail the test if I have only smoked weed once and it has been atleast a month or more ago? As a general rule, they simply won't hire you...and as a general rule, their disclosure of a positive test result without your permission would subject THEM to suit. The only thing that will happen is that you will not get the job. you won't get the job. stop drugs and you'll not have to worry in the future. yea, if you fail the test you dont get the job, it's that simple |
