When I was hired by an unnamed company, they had me sign a statement seperate from the contract stating that if i did not work for the company for 6 months that I "may be required" to repay "up to" 800 dollars for trainning and a security clearance. Rich--- Should never wrote a letter admitting you owe $800 and tried to negoiate a lesser amount.
