Employment Termination Legal Recourse Question? |
I was fired because another employee told my supervisor he 鈥渕ight have felt threatened鈥?by things I said to him. Do I have any legal recourse? You may. It seems that you could say you were discriminated against. The comment, "Did you take your medication today" is rude and indeed discriminatory. The fact that you were fired as a result of behavior that was threatening (which is just BS) is an indicator your employer if anything is an unsympathic boob. Oh quit playing the victim. No everyone has the right to work in a safe interment and no one has the right to threaten someone at work it is the responsibility of the employer to keep the workplace safe If you can't control yourself then you should not be there, get help and maybe you will be able to hold a job some day. |
