i missed 2 days of work for my daughters illness and got wrote up. i had a doctors note and also 7 sickdays. they then cut my hours from 40 to 24 hours a week. is this leagal in TN Contact your EEOC and Dept of Labor. You have to go in and make a written complaint and have your documentation. |
