GA employment law?

I work in a PC- 1 owner + 3 employees.

I was told when i 1st started that half days could be taken but no overtime was paid. I did this once and although granted, I was harrased about asking, reminded overtime works both ways and told that a mandatory office outing came from 3 hours of my overtime! I continue to accumulate overtime almost daily... can I demand to get my time off or be compensated? Eg. Could I say until x hours are used, I will leave at 4.30pm everyday? Could I refuse to work past 5.30pm - even though my work may not be complete?

I was told verbally I had 2 weeks vacation to use by march 2008. I plan to quit end july - am i entitled to acrued vacation - I started end march 2007. Since I will be unable to use this time, can I ask to be paid for it?

This is a horrid work environment for all employees and I am done working for free for an ungrateful boss. I am only asking to get what I have earned and am entitled to- nothing extra!

Please help.

the term unfair labor practice refers to certain actions taken by employers or unions that violate the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and other legislation. Such acts are investigated by the National Labor Relations Board.
Go turn in your employer if he is not living up to the laws of the USA ..... first find out if you actually have a leg to stand on by contacting and going down to your local NLRB.
