Pre employment drug screening? |
are you for it or against it and why? Absolutely. Avoiding troubled employees boosts productivity and reduces liability. i would say i am for it. I dont think any boss would want to see an employee come to work with a fatty hanging out of their mouth. do you? well definatley for it if the job involves driving or taking care of children or in the field of medicine or operating heavy machinery or well i guess i am for it -only if the law enforcement had to take it! I'm against it.Employers should not have control over what you do on your time off. They should have a test that can identify if you are stoned NOW,not if you were last night,But yes I'm against people going to work stoned. I don't have a problem with it. If an employer doesn't want any employees who use illegal drugs, it's their right to test for it. I want to be safe when I go to work, not get robbed or taken off by a fellow employee who is a druggee. I think employers must drug screen for pre-employment to protect the other workers |
