Is Employment bond is legal,and how we can get rid of it? Legal. It is a contract between employer and employee. The contract is to be executed as per terms therein and also broken again as per terms. Above all the Contract Act of the country prevails. Yes, perfectlly legal. In some jobs such as those involving security risks, an empliyer can rquire an employment bond. GO TO COURT AND GIVE BRIBE I heard that signing a bond with company n giving your certificates is illegal..I mean the company cant demand your certificate to give you a job... Instead,the company can opt for a certificate that your character is good... |
