Seeking employment w/ bad background check?

why are employer's or Headhunters running from application forms that detail a felony charge on application form, i'm given reasons why the job is no longer available,
even after i've been given a start date of hire.
Is there some agency that can help?
Been looking for 18 months, and a lot of rejections.
One felony charge and credit background.
I am drug free, drink in a social setting during a night out on the weekend only.
I.m a dependable person, just need an answer?

You should seek to expunge your record. If you have completed the terms and conditions of probation and paid all fines you can have your record expunged for the very reason you indicate.

Sorry voters, maybe I should have been a little more informative, were talking a class A possession charge.
And the RED flags come flying on the original applications, not much of a chance on beating that! Report It

go back to court with an attorney and get the felony expunged from your record

If you need to search people or perform background check,
i think the best choice is http://www.peoplefind.net
