What employment rights do i have in my 3 month probation period?

What employment rights do i have in my 3 month probation period?

They only have to give you one weeks notice........

In what respect? Many rights can only be assumed once you have worked for a company continually for two years or more. The only circumstances where the two year rule doesn't apply is when you are a victim of some kind of discrimination or where there is a health and safety issue. You cannot be penalised for bringing such matters to their attention and these are the only rights that you have from the minute you join the company.

as far as a job none no notice just workmen's comp

None, nada, zilch. That's why it's called probation.

You have the same rights as any other employee, in regards to the legal obligations your employer has, as spelled out on the notice that every employer is require to post and abide by, at least in the US. But, as a probationary employee, you have no rights beyond that. You can be fired "at will".

Im afraid not. alot....you have to be employed for a year or more to get the full perks

You do have a right to holiday pay and entitlement. You have a right not to be discriminated against. You have a right to sickness pay should you be entitled on nat. ins. stamp
