What employment options would an American with a J.D. have in Europe? |
What employment options would an American with a J.D. have in Europe? Your best bet would be with a firm that does a lot of business in the States, and needs someone to interpret the correspondence from lawyers in the US. A large bank, for example. an american with jd could come work for me i love jd sometimes i have it with coke but i love it just straight 2 ice cubes. so theres one option! hey I live in London and we love J.D. or any bourbon really I am giving you the benefit of doubt. You mean play music in Discos and Bar's, if you are good and funny, you will have an excellent chance in Germany or Holland. There were American Disc Jockeys who became major recording stars, Chris Howland for example, there are others Bill Ramsey was a black American Soldier who stayed in Germany and became a major recording Star in the 60's. Before you travel, check your opportunity out in major cities, Cologne, Berlin, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Munchen (Munich) get an agent first. Good Luck. OK. Someone has to ask. What is a J.D? Any job as a lawyer, providing you can pass that country's bar exam; banks always need lawyers; governments also like people with JDs. |
