Are employment tribunals a matter of public record? |
Are they a matter of public record and where would I find information on a particular case, like for example similar to an experian check? Are there any official sites where I can view all cases in the last 2 years? I am in the UK. The decision is a matter of public record as far as I am aware, but not the actual contents of the case. Contact your local Industrial Tribunal office they will give you the information as to whether you can access records. They may come under the Data Protection Act. |
