What employment law is involved when people are found drinking on the job? |
What happens when a manager and associates are caught drinking on the job together? The bottles were found the next morning. safety issues A co-worker was found drinking on the job. He's a great guy, just was in a bad life situation. Problem was, he is the shop teacher. They gave him a year off to go into rehab. He's back now and better than ever. I think it can fall under a safety violation because they were mentally impared. |
