Arkansas Law??? Employment?? |
My husband and I moved to Arkansas from New Jersey and found the laws here where so different from home. We need some insight to what can be done about this situation. Yes, thankyou, I know that they are a hire and fire at will state. However, he does make a salary now. Past overtime, for him and his co-workers, and past employees is the issue. My advice, since I'm not an expert on AR law, is to talk to a laywer. Title mgr {they can work him as much as they like } Workers without title have more perks arkansas is a right to work state..they can hire and fire at will. and since hes on salary they dont have to pay overtime. call the arkansas labor board and file a complaint. i live in arkansas and i know what you mean..i lived in Indiana and it was WAY better to work there |
