How does employment at will doctrine work in Florida?

How does employment at will doctrine work in Florida?

Probably the same as here in Vermont.
You take the job 'at will', and they hire you also 'at will'.
You can leave the job at any time without a reason, and they can dismiss you from the job at any time without giving a reason.

It is presumed that your employment is at will unless you have an employment contract which specifies the extent and time frame of your employment.
