Are an individuals employment records public record? where can i find them?can those be posted online legally?

Generally employment records are not available to the public. There are a few situations were records are made public, for example, in a lawsuit, but generally not without the consent of the employee or at least a specific need for the records in relation to the lawsuit. Also, many federal employee's records are subject to the freedom of information act, but even then only limited information is open to the public.

No, employment records are not public. They are very much private and can only be obtained in limited situations, such as a lawsuit.
