Affirmative action, equal employment opporunity, and diversity...?

What are the difference among these??

Affirmative action, you actively try to give the contract or the job to a minority (black, woman, disabled person, whatever) because you want to have minorities represented. So if two people apply for the job, the white male is slightly better qualified but you're practicing affirmative action, you give the job to the black female.

EEO means giving everyone a fair opportunity to apply for the job. Like not disqualifying ALL women from being fire fighters just disqualifying the ones not strong enough to do the job.

Diversity is where you have people from all different kinds of backgrounds, different races, different religions, different genders, whatever. You have variety and it's not like all white males.
