Affirmative action, equal employment opporunity, and diversity...? |
What are the difference among these?? Affirmative action, you actively try to give the contract or the job to a minority (black, woman, disabled person, whatever) because you want to have minorities represented. So if two people apply for the job, the white male is slightly better qualified but you're practicing affirmative action, you give the job to the black female. |
