If your denied employment because convicted of a crime can you do something about it? |
If your denied employment because convicted of a crime can you do something about it? depends on the crime Yes. You can hire a lawyer and have your record exponged. no. find a job that allows that conviction. what you do in your past will always follow you. Go find a jop somewhere else yep that is my advice yes you can stop comitting crimes and then maybe society will accept you back in it again. as for doing anything to the people that refused to give you employment no you can't do anything about them. Hell even i would not hire you. Employers have the right to hire based on a person's background. I doubt if you owned a bank that you would hire a thief to guard the vault. |
