Office max pre employment background checks? |
Anyone know how much information they are looking for, how far back they go, and what would pass or not? Sorry, that was not a clear question. It is not retail, it is in the financial service center. Office job and yes it pays very well. I'm sure that they are looking for your history of criminal conduct or contacts with law enforcement. Specifically any violation of moral turpitude would be a disqualifer. If you have any mention of problems with finances (credit check) or criminal history involving money (theft) then that would be a disqualifer as well. Since its a retail outfit, I would assume they are looking for any felonies or embezzlement's and fraud. Thinks like that. They don't pay that much so they aren't going to dig too deep. They have to weight the cost of employing you next to your pay and their risk. |
