Is there an employment law that prevents an employer from withdrawing their Green Card Sponsorship?

This employer sponsored H1b and week later withdrew Green Card Sponsorship offer. I have countless emails, even from when I was in UK, offering to sponsor me for Green Card. The employer tells me I am not qualified for Green Card Sponsorship. I am a UK qualified Speech Pathologist, licensed and practicing in the States.

you may already know that without a signed agreement/contract, you will have a tough time to fight for your rights. i would suggest you consult your case with a lawyer. here is a list of free legal service:

you can also get legal helps for free at your local congressman office. most of them has liaison that handles legal/immigration issues for free of charge. Good Luck.

No, there is not. All you have to do is check www.customs.gov or www.usbp.gov there are several good goverment sources. Just check all the imigration web sites.
