Traffic school and employment application?

I am applying for a city job. It asks if i had any moving violations in the past 3 yrs. I had a carpool violation and attended traffic school about 1 month ago. Do I still need to say yes even though i had it cleared by taking traffic school? Will it be that I was lying when I'm not trying to?

If you were behind the wheel while the vehicle was moving and received the violaton then yes. Report it and then just state that you have gone to traffic school and it has been cleared. It is always better to be up front. Plus it's not like it was a major violation. Why risk not getting the job due to lying. They'd probably laugh at the violation. Good Luck!!!
