My CNA License was revoke on the fact that my child sing for a letter and did not give the letter to me, one year later I find out that my cna License was revoke, I went to court on the matter and won and a onther juge reverse the decetion, it all started over money I lown to a employee at Brent Wood nurse home, in Dallas Texas, I am now working as a Front desk clerk, and since then I worked as a casher for five years but, it dont seem right. I fill that my life would be complet if I straten this out, in my mind and in my Heart. also at the time my child sing for the letter he was a minor, in school. Call the Bar Association in your state and they can tell you who specializes in that area of law. You were never technically nor legally served. |
