What do people in england consider to be the employment law courts? Employment Law is decided by Employment Tribunals, rather than courts although final appeals can go to the High Court particularly if they are about a specific point of law. But those are very rare. I do not understand the question, no such animal as the employment law courts! Employment Tribunals and then, on appeal, to Employment Appeal Tribunals. http://www.employmenttribunals.gov.uk/ |
