Who do you report unfair rules at your place of employment to? or wrongful termination? You report things like that to the Human Relations Department (formerly called Personnel Dept.). If you thnk you've gotten no satisfaction, you get a lawyer and sue for wrongful termination. Your local labor board. Call the Labor Commision in your state. your states employment commision and find/hire a attorny they will jump all over it if it was unfair or wrongful. Labor Relation Board Report to your State Labor board. labor board is a good place to start. You may need a lawyer also. If you are in the state of FL you are screwed..nothing you can do..you can get terminated for NO reason Labor board or Industrial commision, also the EEOC |
