What are my rights if I tested inconclusive on a pre-employment drug test? |
the nurse left the room and left my sample sitting for 3 miniuts to retake the test, i believe I believe that you could feasibly request another test, stating that you believe the sample wasn't processed appropriately, potentially skewing the result. as long as she didn't violate the written protocols you don't have a leg to stand on. inconclusive usually means a watered down test with too little creatine. you have the right to pee all over your hand again while trying to fill up the cup nun, you failed, simpo. druggy Yeah...so what. You have the right to find another job. |
