What are the rules regarding filing a joint civil lawsuit? |
The situation has to do with a HUD building and there are three parties involved: the on-site management, the management company, and the owners of the building. Filing jointly would be two plaintiff's, this sounds like you are suing three defendants, which is absolute the way civil litigations go. You file you claim as the plaintiff, naming all who are involved as the defendants, and your accusations or Causes of Actions against them. Only a lawyer retained by you can give you legal advice for a specific case. Planing to go this on your own? Bad idea. They will have lawyers. You should as well. sucky baby |
