Florida Elder Abuse Case. Can it be made public? |
I recently filed a report against my aunt that is taking care of my father in Florida. I am in Texas. The lady with the Department of Elder said she could not tell me her findings. Why isn't this a public record? Or what can I do to make it public so I can see the findings myself? It seems to me that if you're the one who filed the report, you should be the primary person to whom the findings are reported. umm EXCUSE ME but this is YOUR father, the lady should tell you everything that she knows! |
