any legal actions or legal steps to take. The people who did it can be identified. Call the police. File a complaint with whatever agency is charged with investigating elder abuse. If there was physical harm or damage to property, file a civil suit against the person(s), if they are worth suing civilly. HAPPENed in ny couple of days ago - old guy was beaten by cops Contact the police and file a report on the crime since you are able to identify the defendants. They will take it from there.
