In MA, if you take care of a parent for more than 2 years, keeping them out of a nursing home, and rove it with a Dr. affidavid you are supposed to be deeded the house under Child Caregiver exeption" statuate. The Guardian never deded the house and now it had to be sold to pay the nursing home she went to after I cared for her for 3 years.
