If some man is being refused to give employment or dismissed from job because.... if the man is being refused a job, nothing can be done about it. if an employee is being thrown out on moral grounds, the employee has every right to go to court. very difficult to provesuch thing in ct unless the employer admits to such acts. yes Come on! Which employer dismisses an employee for marrying some one older or younger or not marrying at all or having numerous affairs- unless such activities have a bearing on the employee's work and he does a bad job?- in which case, the employer is justified in dismissing- for the bad job not for the marriage or other activities. Anyway, if you seek legal remedy giving this reason, you will have a tough time proving it and will not be believed. |
